By staying at the hotel Reforma, its construction from the XVIth century will allow you to live mayan culture the best way and to discover the magic of this colonial house
The first part of the construction is part of the first block of the city, which is on the opposite corner of the Palacio de Gobierno (Government Palace), and posseses the architecture of that time.
On their walls, rooms of the hotel still testifying this cultural patrimony, funded by General Canto.
Afterwild, during XVIIth century, the house got amplified with a second edification, prefectly integrated in the architecture of the building, and was used as a Family house.
Some details in the house are from french influence and seeing those original and splendid caoba doors, it can only let you imagine the luxury that has existed during the Haciendas time.
By the Nineteenth Century, the last part of the building was edified to transform it in what it is today, a precious hotel with a lot of History. This mix of style and history turn the hotel in a unique place where cultures are cruising while shining.
